What we collect
When you fill in our Check your date enquiry form, we collect the details you give us. That is your name, your email, your phone number, your wedding date, your venue or area, the lineup you are drawn to and anything you write in the message box. We only collect what you choose to send us.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one thing: to respond to your enquiry, check our availability and send you a quote. We do not use your details for anything else. We never sell them.
Our lawful basis
We handle your details to take steps at your request before a possible booking. We also rely on our legitimate interest in responding to couples who get in touch. If a booking goes ahead, we handle your details to carry out that booking.
How your details are handled
Your enquiry reaches us by email through the form service that runs our Check your date form. We then keep it in our email and our booking records. If your booking goes ahead, the details needed to play your wedding, such as your names, venue and timings, are shared with the musicians performing on the day.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any booking that follows. After that we remove it from our active records.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the details we hold about you, to correct them or to delete them. Just email info@suitcaseproductions.ie and we will sort it. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie if you are unhappy with how we have handled your details.
Cookies and third parties
This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. We do rely on a small number of trusted services to run it, such as web fonts and an embedded video. Those services may set their own cookies when their content loads. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
